   Alfred Hitchcock's classic thriller, Psycho (1960) and its sequels, were filmed at the set located in Universal Studios, Hollywood, California. With SketchUp, you can now step into the scenery and explore a 3D model based on the set. Or you can see the scene in its actual location in Hollywood using Google Earth.    ...is a casual "Mouse Driving" for Trimble's free SketchUp 3D modeling application. The track is located in exotic, tropical scenery; so it is better to draw off the cardigan before you start driving.

   







   A low polygon 3D-portrait from actress Angelina Jolie as the role of Lara Croft. (Character in the Tomb Raider videogame is created by Toby Gard and owned by Square Enix company). This model is optimized to look very realistic even in very close range but it still is very much a low polygon model. The portrait is viewable free in SketchUp 3D Warehouse.

 






   An urban scene that contains several ultra low poly components with highly realistic appearance. Also, it demonstrates the function of the SetTree3D, "to the limits" optimized component tree for 3D sceneries.

   There is several texture variants for Colt Percussion 3D models. The frame, barrel, stock and bullet cylinder are separate elements. Also the texture-images are separate, but matching. By mixing these parts you can make several different looking variants. As well as early 1851 octagonal barrel, there is also smoother and rounded Colt Navy 1861 barrel element.
